Role Summary
The Manager, IT Payment & Acquisition is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end IT procurement activities within the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective budgeting, contract management, and accounting for IT purchases, contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT department.
Job Description
In this role, the Manager will engage in daily activities that involve planning and managing IT procurement processes, ensuring that all purchases align with budgetary constraints and organizational needs. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage end-to-end IT procurement activities.
- Perform budget-to-actual analysis for reporting purposes.
- Evaluate renewal terms and pricing for contracts.
- Ensure proper accounting for IT purchases.
- Prepare write-ups and meeting summaries related to IT equipment and systems purchases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics.

At least 6 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, procurement or related field.
