In this role, the Manager will engage in daily activities that involve planning and managing IT procurement processes, ensuring that all purchases align with budgetary constraints and organizational needs. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage end-to-end IT procurement activities.
- Perform budget-to-actual analysis for reporting purposes.
- Evaluate renewal terms and pricing for contracts.
- Ensure proper accounting for IT purchases.
- Prepare write-ups and meeting summaries related to IT equipment and systems purchases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics.
Job Requirements
At least 6 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, procurement or related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
