In this role, you will manage the daily activities at the Carsome Refurbishment Center, focusing on optimizing workflows and resource allocation. You will lead a team to implement continuous improvement initiatives that aim to reduce turnaround times and improve overall productivity.

Job Requirements

Proven track record in process improvement and efficiency.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
