In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Carsome Refurbishment Center, ensuring efficient vehicle reconditioning processes. Responsibilities include managing production planning, resource allocation, and workflow coordination while implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Automotive, Engineering, or related field
5–7 years of experience in automotive operations or refurbishment center management
Strong understanding of operational workflow and production scheduling
Proven track record in process improvement and efficiency
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
