Role Summary
The Manager, Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Carsome Refurbishment Center. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient vehicle reconditioning processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage the daily activities at the Carsome Refurbishment Center, focusing on optimizing workflows and resource allocation. You will lead a team to implement continuous improvement initiatives that aim to reduce turnaround times and improve overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the refurbishment center.
- Manage production planning and resource allocation.
