Job Description
In this role, the manager will engage in daily activities related to process control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving quality improvement initiatives. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to promote process control awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the site's process control systems to ensure compliance with standards and protocols.
- Drive quality improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the team.
- Communicate effectively with global internal and external customers.
- Promote process control awareness across the organization.
- Lead and develop the team to foster teamwork and accountability.
- Implement, maintain, and enhance process control systems.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Semiconductor industry, specifically in Process Control.
Knowledgeable in IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements.
Familiar with AIAG 5 core tools, especially in SPC.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and management skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.
