The Staff/Senior/Engineer CE PYE (Physical Failure Analysis) is responsible for providing fault isolation and failure analysis support within Micron Technology's Central Engineering Product Yield Improvement team. This role involves becoming a domain expert on fault isolation and physical failure analysis methods while collaborating closely with Product Engineering Teams.

In this role, you will engage in daily activities that include fault isolation and failure analysis for various projects such as qualification, customer returns, and new device introductions. You will work in a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide fault isolation and failure analysis support for qualification and customer returns.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering Teams to understand product architecture and test sequences.
• Become a domain expert in fault isolation and physical failure analysis methods.
• Analyze general test failures and provide insights for improvement.
• Support new device introductions with thorough analysis.
• Document findings and present results in large meetings.
• Participate in shift rotation as required.
