Job Description
The day-to-day work involves operating various machines and monitoring their performance in a fast-paced environment. Operators will work 12-hour shifts with a biweekly rotation between day and night shifts, ensuring that all equipment runs according to process specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment and manage multiple machines efficiently.
- Provide machine coverage during breaks to maintain production flow.
- Log machine performance accurately to track operational efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Run equipment according to established process specifications.
- Participate in training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Preferably with 1 year of experience in a Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and quality-relevant functions.
Able to communicate and understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications.
Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
