The Manager of Procurement & Contracts will engage in daily operations, ensuring that procurement and contract management processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires collaboration with various departments to maintain compliance and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Procurement and Contracts Departments.
- Ensure compliance with budget adherence and company policies.
- Verify subcontractor payments and manage contract issues.
- Advise on profitability management and subcontractor selection.
- Design and improve contract Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct market analysis of water/wastewater industry construction costs.
- Facilitate effective communication and negotiation with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.
5 - 10 years of related working experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation and construction contracts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and improve contract Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
