Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.
5 - 10 years of related working experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation and construction contracts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and improve contract Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
