Role Summary
The Manager, Residential Experience is responsible for overseeing the R!SE Residential Living Program. This role plays a crucial part in supporting residents as they adapt to new living environments while fostering essential skills and leadership qualities.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with residents daily, planning and executing programs that enhance their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual wellbeing. You will work in a dynamic environment that promotes a safe and connected student community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the R!SE Residential Living Program to ensure effective support for residents.
- Plan and curate programs that promote residents' wellbeing.
- Execute initiatives that foster a connected student community.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance residential experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and resident feedback.
- Facilitate workshops and events that develop leadership skills.
- Address resident concerns and provide guidance as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in student affairs, residence life, or community development.
Excellent command of English, with proficiency in Malay and Mandarin being desirable.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
