Role Summary
The Manager, Supply Planning is responsible for aligning supplier capacity with demand forecasts to create effective replenishment plans. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that production needs are met while optimizing inventory levels in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage supply planning processes and lead S&OP meetings. You will analyze supply planning data and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with supply disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align supplier capacity with demand forecasts to create replenishment plans.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
5-10+ years in supply chain or production planning.
Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Effective communication across teams.
Ability to develop contingency plans.
Experience in FMCG food manufacturing preferred.
