The Manager – Systems is responsible for overseeing the management and operational stability of server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, operating systems, and core systems services. This role collaborates closely with various teams to ensure systems operate securely and efficiently while supporting infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
7–10 years of relevant experience in managing enterprise server and infrastructure platforms
In-depth understanding of server infrastructure design and implementation
Experience in disaster recovery processes and backup infrastructure management
Hands-on experience with cloud operations (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Proven ability to work effectively in team environments
Strong accountability for platform stability
Commitment to service reliability and operational improvement
