Role Summary
The Manager - Transaction Services is responsible for guiding organizations through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This role involves providing financial due diligence and strategic insights to help clients make informed transaction decisions.
Job Description
In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic team, tackling complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial due diligence processes for clients.
- Analyze financial statements and assess transaction risks.
- Provide strategic insights to support acquisition decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills.
- Prepare and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Job Requirements
At least 6 years of relevant transaction advisory services experience.
Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or relevant disciplines.
Strong external audit background.
Working knowledge of IFRS and Malaysian Companies’ Act 1965.
Knowledge in corporate finance is an added advantage.
Excellent written and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
