The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing property-level communications to customers that promote on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels. This role supports the sales and revenue strategy by developing marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and facilitating collaborations with regional marketing and eCommerce teams to drive consumer awareness and preference, with a focus on Food and Beverage promotions for both hotel guests and local patrons.
A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major with 4 years experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major with 2 years experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
