Job Requirements
Diploma in Electro/Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering certification.
Related qualification in Facilities Management and Energy Management is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in building general maintenance works.
Experience in the services industry such as hospitality, education, leisure, healthcare, and banking.
Knowledge and experience in implementing Engineering Standards.
Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Competent command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to carry out quality control checks and determine root cause of problems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiatives and operate under tight schedules and deadlines.
Knowledgeable and experienced in air conditioning systems.
Dedicated and trustworthy.
Diligent and self-motivated.
