Job Description
The Mobile Technician will engage in daily maintenance tasks, addressing both scheduled and emergency repairs in a dynamic work environment. The technician will work closely with various teams to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Address emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
- Document completed tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Manage work orders effectively to prioritize urgent tasks.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance as a handyman.
Vocational certification of SKM Level 3 is preferred.
Valid GDL driving license required.
Ability to work 45 hours weekly with overtime as needed.
Must be on standby for work orders.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
