Job Description
The Mobile Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment. This includes executing preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing emergency breakdowns. The role requires effective problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and manage work orders efficiently. The technician will also document completed tasks and participate in special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance as a handyman
Experience in performing general repairs in a timely manner
Vocational certification of SKM Level 3 is preferred
Valid GDL driving license required
Ability to work 45 hours weekly with overtime as needed
Must be on standby for work orders
Strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems
