Role Summary
The MY- Intern, Growth is responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of firmwide events and programmes. This role involves engaging in various marketing and communication activities to enhance brand consistency and visibility.
Job Description
The intern will work in a dynamic environment, assisting with event planning and execution while collaborating with various teams. Daily tasks will include preparing materials, coordinating activities, and contributing to media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of firmwide events and programmes.
- Assist in preparing materials such as invitations and briefing packs.
- Coordinate on-site event activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide photography and videography support for events.
- Engage in traditional and social media campaigns to promote events.
- Create and curate content for marketing collateral.
- Research market and industry trends to inform strategies.
- Perform video editing and basic graphic design tasks.
- Support the development of reports and talking points with relevant data.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relation, Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Strong interest in writing and a passion for storytelling.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in photography and design software (Canva preferred) is desirable.
Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience or interest in event planning.
