In the day-to-day work, the Navigator/Lobby Ambassador interacts with guests, guiding them and addressing their requests to enhance their overall experience. The position requires a proactive approach to service delivery while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide guests through the hotel and provide information about services and local attractions.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
- Complete reports and documentation as required.

- Assist with hands-on tasks, including lifting and moving objects as needed.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
