Job Description
As an O2C Intern - Collections, you will engage in daily tasks that involve collecting outstanding payments and communicating with clients. You will work in a collaborative environment, supporting the finance team in optimizing the credit control process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze aging reports to identify outstanding trade receivables.
- Collect outstanding payments from clients through reminders and follow-up calls.
- Maximize the value of third-party spend for the business.
- Support procurement-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance credit control processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and payment statuses.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Good communication skills.
