As an HR Operation Supervisor at TMF Group, you will engage in daily management of HR operations in a dynamic work environment. You will supervise team members and act as a subject matter expert to enhance service delivery and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations and service delivery.
- Manage the transition of HR administrative tasks.
