Job Description
In this position, the R2R Specialist will engage in daily bookkeeping activities, review month-end closing entries, and ensure compliance with IFRS. The role also involves collaborating with team members to enhance reporting processes and support audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality financial data for reporting purposes.
- Review month-end closing entries and perform accounts reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and timely submission of financial reports.
- Support continuous improvement of reports and processes.
- Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports and identifying automation opportunities.
- Provide guidelines and supervision to team members, fostering their development.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting policies.
Experience with month-end closing processes and entries.
Knowledge of IFRS and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting internal and external audits.
Leadership skills to guide and develop team members.
Problem-solving skills to address unexpected events during work.
