The R2R Specialist is responsible for ensuring bookkeeping complies with group accounting policies and procedures. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality financial data and supporting the overall financial integrity of the organization.

In this position, the R2R Specialist will engage in daily bookkeeping activities, review month-end closing entries, and ensure compliance with IFRS. The role also involves collaborating with team members to enhance reporting processes and support audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and procedures.
• Deliver high-quality financial data for reporting purposes.
• Review month-end closing entries and perform accounts reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and timely submission of financial reports.
• Support continuous improvement of reports and processes.
• Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports and identifying automation opportunities.
• Provide guidelines and supervision to team members, fostering their development.
