The R2R Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to group accounting policies and procedures. The role involves reviewing month-end closing entries, accounts reconciliation, supporting audits, and assisting with report improvements and automation. Additionally, the position includes providing guidance and supervision to team members and addressing issues that arise during work.

The R2R Specialist is responsible for ensuring bookkeeping complies with group accounting policies and procedures. The role involves delivering high quality financial data, reviewing month-end closing entries and accounts reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and timely submission of financial reports. This position also supports continuous improvement of reports, internal and external audits, and assists in preparing ad-hoc reports and automation opportunities. The specialist provides guidelines and supervision to team members, supports their development and coaching, and identifies and resolves problems or unexpected events arising during work.
