Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist, you will engage with clients daily to evaluate their needs and implement effective treatment plans in a supportive healthcare environment. You will work collaboratively with a team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' needs to establish personalized treatment goals.
- Apply appropriate interventions to enhance clients' performance in daily activities.
- Recommend adaptive equipment to support clients' independence.
- Educate family members on treatment plans and progress.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and reassessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Job Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Registered with the relevant professional body
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in rehabilitation settings is an advantage
