As an Online Sales Advisor, you will engage with potential customers who have shown interest in our products. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with these leads, providing them with information and support to facilitate their purchasing decisions. This role does not involve cold calling, allowing you to focus on nurturing relationships with interested clients. With a high commission potential, your efforts in converting leads into sales will be rewarded. You will play a vital role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification
Strong communication skills in English and Malay
Ability to engage and build rapport with customers
Self-motivated and target-driven
Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
