OPERATING DEPARTMENT PRACTITIONER, OPERATION THEATRE – KPJ Healthcare

The Operating Department Practitioner in the Operation Theatre is responsible for delivering high-quality care in accordance with the hospital's vision and mission. This role involves supervising staff, participating in training, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Understands and carries out the care in line with Vision and Mission Statements, Goals and Objectives that suit the scope of the Operation Theatre Services. Works shift duties or as assigned by Unit Manager according to Unit’s Operational Hours. Informs Unit Manager when change occurs in circumstances which affect standards of care. Takes personal responsibility for own professional development and keeps up to date with professional change and growth by maintaining mandatory learning hours.
