Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve analyzing workforce requirements and collaborating with various teams to enhance efficiency. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead headcount planning processes to align workforce capacity with business needs.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support operational goals.
- Develop workforce models to optimize staffing levels.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Provide leadership to customer service teams to meet organizational goals.
- Manage additional tasks as required to support the fulfillment center.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in headcount planning and operations management, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of workforce scheduling and cost analysis.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
