Job Description

In this role, you will lead the headcount planning processes, ensuring workforce capacity aligns with business needs. You'll conduct financial forecasting and budgeting, develop workforce models, and collaborate with teams to optimize staffing. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide leadership to customer service teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while managing additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.

Proven experience in headcount planning and operations management, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Knowledge of workforce scheduling and cost analysis.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
