The Operations Officer plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the company, focusing on documentation, stock management, and customer interactions. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle documentation and filing processes.
- Manage stock ordering and returns efficiently.
- Submit sales reports and conduct stock takes for stockists and branches.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and credit limits from stockists.
- Oversee new membership applications and payment processing.
- Assist during company events and roadshows.
- Conduct training sessions for new stockists.
- Monitor daily operations and e-commerce activities.
- Provide operational guidance to stockists and branch personnel.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints.
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma holder in any related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Possess own transportation and be able to travel.
Good interpersonal and time management skills.
Proficiency in reading and writing English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Computer literate.
