The Operations Officer is responsible for managing various operational duties such as stock ordering, documentation, sales submission, and stock takes for stockists and branches. The role also includes supporting events, training new stockists, monitoring daily operations and e-commerce activities, and assisting with customer issues and correspondence.
The Operations Officer is responsible for handling various operational tasks including documentation and filing, stock ordering and returning, sales submission, and stock take for stockists and branches. The role involves following up on stockist outstanding payments and credit limits, managing new membership applications, handling credit card and flexi plan payments, providing assistance during company events and roadshows, and conducting new stockist training. Additionally, the Operations Officer supports monitoring daily operations and e-commerce activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, oversees stock movement and consignment inventory, provides operational guidance to stockists and branch personnel, assists in resolving operational issues and customer complaints, manages correspondence including letters and internal memos, and handles satisfaction surveys of branches.
At least Diploma holder in any related field.
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Possess own transportation and able to travel.
Good interpersonal skills and time management skills.
Proficiency in reading and writing English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Computer literate.
