Job Description
As an Organizational Analytics (OA) Data Scientist specializing in NLP, LLM, and Generative AI within the Talent & Organization practice, the role involves analyzing diverse data sources to understand people behaviors using natural language processing algorithms such as static and dynamic word embeddings, and transfer learning with deep learning frameworks. The position includes developing, deploying, and prototyping Generative AI and large language model solutions on cloud platforms like Azure, training supervised and unsupervised NLP models, performing web scraping for data mining, running numeric simulations, and applying machine learning techniques for classification and feature selection. Additionally, the role requires processing and cleansing data, conducting ad-hoc analyses, delivering client insights, and contributing to thought leadership and innovation in organizational analytics.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge and experience in natural language processing algorithms and techniques.
Experience with static and dynamic word embeddings and transfer learning using deep learning frameworks.
Proficiency in developing, deploying, and prototyping Generative AI and large language model solutions.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for AI development, such as Azure and OpenAI models.
Ability to train NLP models including supervised and unsupervised topic modeling.
Experience with web scraping and state-of-the-art data mining methods.
Capability to run numeric simulations using statistical techniques.
Skills in selecting features and building classifiers using machine learning methods.
Competence in processing, cleansing, and verifying data integrity for analysis.
Experience in performing ad-hoc analyses and presenting results clearly.
Ability to deliver custom analytics and insights to clients.
Contributions to authoring research and thought leadership papers.
Engagement in innovation and new product development within people and organization analytics.
