The Organization Management & Compensation Specialist supports the development and implementation of organizational structures, job evaluations, and compensation strategies to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Responsibilities include conducting job evaluations, designing organizational structures, providing HR analytics, collaborating on workforce planning, performing salary benchmarking, and ensuring confidentiality in handling sensitive compensation data.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field
3–5 years of experience in compensation, organization design, or analytical roles
Strong understanding of job evaluation frameworks and salary benchmarking
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and recommend actionable insights
Expertise in project management to handle multiple initiatives
High integrity and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially
