
The Outbound Caller is responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments and assisting them in establishing payment plans. This role involves engaging with individuals to support their financial management while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in record-keeping.
As an Outbound Caller at L&L Advisory, you will engage with customers daily to remind them of overdue payments and help them set up payment plans. You will work in a dynamic environment where effective communication and customer service are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Able to communicate in English & Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Basic computer skills (Excel).
Responsible with good communication skills.
Experience in Telemarketing / Collection / Customer Service is preferred.
