As an Outbound Caller at L&L Advisory, you will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them about overdue payments and assisting them in setting up payment plans. Your role will involve following up on overdue accounts in a professional manner, updating customer information, and maintaining accurate system records. This position allows you to connect with individuals and contribute positively to their financial management.
Able to communicate in English & Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Basic computer skills (Excel)
Responsible with good communication skills
Experience in Telemarketing / Collection / Customer Service is preferred
