The Outlet Supervisor at Tealive Jementah is responsible for leading a team and managing daily cafe operations to ensure efficient service and professionalism. This role involves supervising staff, handling customer service, and overseeing operational tasks to maintain service quality and operational standards.
The supervisor is responsible for creating employee schedules to ensure efficient operations and supervising and training staff to maintain service and professionalism standards. The role involves assisting in strategic planning, including controlling food costs, stocktaking, and ordering, as well as overseeing daily cafe operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. The supervisor also promotes products, ensures prompt and friendly customer service, manages customer inquiries and complaints professionally, brews and serves drinks following standard operating procedures, and upsells products when possible.
Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experienced as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be added advantage.
Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
May work special events, as needed.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
