
The Part-Time Customer Happiness Specialist is responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with customers through various communication channels, contributing to the overall service excellence of ZUS COFFEE.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues through email and live chat. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement in customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
Familiarity with the F&B industry and coffee knowledge.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
Experience with live chat platforms like Zendesk or Intercom.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
