The Part Time Lecturer in Advertising & Brand Management is responsible for teaching and related duties such as designing, preparing, and developing teaching materials for modules in Advertising & Brand Management. This role involves conducting lectures, tutorials, workshops, and practical sessions, providing consultation and guidance to students, participating in assessments, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning aligned with the University's expectations and industry relevance. Additional duties include contributing to administrative responsibilities, attending departmental meetings, supporting student engagement initiatives, and facilitating industry collaborations.
Candidate must have at minimum a Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Branding, or other relevant fields, with PhD holders preferred.
Demonstrated experience in higher education teaching and curriculum development or substantial industry experience in advertising, branding, or marketing with evidence of coaching, mentoring, and high-quality presentation skills.
Ability to develop engaging teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of digital and interactive technologies to facilitate learning.
Strong industry network and knowledge of current trends in advertising and brand management are an added advantage.
