Job Description

The Part Time Lecturer - Business (Foundation) is responsible for undertaking teaching and teaching-related duties, including the design, preparation, and development of teaching materials, conducting classes, tutorials, and practicals, as well as student consultation, invigilation, marking, and assessment. The role also involves establishing and maintaining high standards of teaching and effective learning to meet the College's expectations. Additionally, participation in administrative activities related to teaching, learning, examinations, student enrichment activities, and school committees is required.

Job Requirements

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or relevant field from a recognised University.

Master’s degree applicants are preferred.

Experience working in the higher education environment with a track record of teaching experience and professional knowledge of curriculum development or good record of professional experience with evidence of coaching and mentoring and high quality of presentation skills.

Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating teaching and learning.

Ability to use software blended in teaching is preferred.
