Job Description
The Part Time Lecturer - Creative Design (Foundation) is responsible for undertaking teaching and related duties. This includes designing, preparing, and developing teaching materials, conducting classes, tutorials, and practicals, as well as consulting with students, invigilating, marking, and assessing. The role also involves maintaining high teaching standards to meet the College's expectations.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Design or other relevant fields from a recognised University. Master's degree applicants are preferred.
Candidates will be required to teach Foundation level modules such as Introduction to Photography, Introduction to Creative Media Design, Critical & Creative Thinking Skills, Design Basics.
Experience working in the higher education environment and a track record of teaching experience and professional knowledge of curriculum development or good record of professional experience with evidence of coaching and mentoring and high quality of presentation skills.
Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in the facilitation of teaching and learning.
Able to use software blended in the teaching is preferred.
