Job Description
The Partnership Manager role is based at The Ascent, Paradigm PJ with working hours from Monday to Friday. The position involves identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key industry players such as OTAs, travel agencies, and technology partners. The manager will also develop and maintain direct hotel partnerships, negotiate partnership agreements, collaborate with internal teams on partnership programs, monitor partner performance with data-driven insights, represent the company at industry events, and stay informed of market trends within the travel tech ecosystem. Additionally, the role includes executing group booking inquiries as part of the TMC business.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
Proven track record in managing partnerships or business development within the travel tech industry, OTAs, or travel agencies is a strong plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
