Job Description
The Partnership Manager role is based at The Ascent, Paradigm PJ, with working hours from Monday to Friday. The position involves engaging with various stakeholders to foster partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key industry players.
- Manage and maintain direct hotel partnerships.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to maximize value.
- Collaborate with internal teams on partnership programs.
- Monitor partner performance using data-driven insights.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Stay informed of market trends within the travel tech ecosystem.
- Execute group booking inquiries as part of the TMC business.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
Proven track record in managing partnerships or business development within the travel tech industry, OTAs, or travel agencies is a strong plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
