Job Description
In this role, the People Services Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, focusing on activities such as onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and data management. The manager will work in a dynamic environment, leading a team of over 10 professionals to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full People Life Cycle process, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate policies. - Lead a team to execute onboarding and offboarding activities effectively. - Oversee job change processes and ensure accurate data management. - Maintain control and segregation of duties to minimize risks. - Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR operations. - Implement HR transformation projects to improve efficiency. - Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or people lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Workday, One Support, and HR systems.
