Job Description
The People Services Manager PLC SEA is responsible for managing the full People Life Cycle process, ensuring seamless execution of activities such as On Boarding, Off Boarding, Job Change, and Data management both physical and digital. Leading a team of over 10 people, the manager ensures that all processes comply with the legal framework and corporate policies, maintaining control and segregation of duties to minimize risks.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or people lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Workday, One Support and HR systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading HR transformation projects is a plus.
Knowledge of labor law in relevant countries is a plus.
Proficiency in English at an advanced level and proficiency in local languages is a plus.
