In this role, you will engage in daily HR activities, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and workforce administration. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance employee services and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure accurate workforce administration and employee benefits management.
- Oversee expense claims and conduct risk assessments.
- Perform audits and develop policies to enhance compliance.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to improve employee services.
- Analyze HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10 years of experience in HR operations or employee services.
Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and digital tools.
Solid understanding of HR compliance and audit procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
