Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10 years of experience in HR operations or employee services.
Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and digital tools.
Solid understanding of HR compliance and audit procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
