Role Summary

The People Services Specialist - T2P is responsible for managing end-to-end Time & Attendance and Payroll operations across assigned countries. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll and time management services in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in daily operations related to payroll processing, tax compliance, and time tracking administration while providing support to stakeholders. You will also contribute to process improvements and support global projects related to Time and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee time tracking administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and contribute to process improvements.
  • Support global projects related to Time and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance People Services operations.
  • Address stakeholder inquiries and provide exceptional support.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Master's degree preferred.

At least 1+ years of experience in time and payroll operations.

Proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, and other People Services technologies.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll management.

Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language is a plus.

Strong analytical and deductive skills.
