The Pharmacy Assistant will engage in day-to-day activities within the pharmacy, working closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to provide quality service to patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately to patients and healthcare providers.
- Prepare and compound medications as per prescriptions.
- Counsel customers on the proper use of drug delivery devices.
- Repack medications for distribution and storage.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked.
- Assist in the management of pharmacy records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Pharmacy
At least 1 - 2 years of working experience, preferably in a hospital environment
