Job Description

As a Plantation Supervisor, you will engage in daily oversight of planting operations, manage a team of workers, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. You will also be involved in troubleshooting issues and reporting to management while assisting with special assignments as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee planting operations to ensure quality standards are met. - Manage and coordinate the activities of plantation workers. - Inspect crops regularly to assess growth and quality. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. - Provide on-the-job training to new workers. - Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions. - Report operational status and issues to management. - Assist with special assignments and projects as required.

Job Requirements

Diploma in agricultural studies or related field, or SPM with 1 year of experience in plantation/agriculture.

Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and social skills.

Valid driving license (D); motor license (B2) is a plus.
