
The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing food ingredients according to established recipes and standards. This role requires attention to detail and skill in handling various types of raw materials in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
As a Prep Cook, you will be involved in the daily preparation of food, ensuring that all ingredients are ready for cooking and that the kitchen remains organized and clean. You will collaborate closely with chefs and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient food preparation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Must possess at least a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) or 'O' Level qualification.
Experience in food preparation is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills in cutting and handling food ingredients.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
