Principal – Taylor's College

The Principal is responsible for driving the strategic development of the school. This role involves delivering high standards of education while ensuring financial sustainability and fostering an environment conducive to student growth and development.

The Principal reports to the President & CEO of Taylor's Schools and oversees the daily operations of the school, ensuring that educational standards are met and maintained. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to implement innovative educational practices and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the President of Taylor's Schools on strategic planning and development to enhance educational opportunities.
• Work with the Group Director of Education to share best practices and implement academic priorities across the group.
• Lead and manage the Heads of Schools and all staff members effectively.
• Recruit teaching and non-teaching staff in partnership with the Head of Operations or Head of Department and COO.
• Implement performance monitoring systems and ensure development programs meet the needs of the school and its staff.
• Promote innovation and personalized learning to achieve high academic standards.
• Ensure that school programs focus on developing each child to achieve optimal student outcomes and embed character building in the curriculum.
