High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of company safety programs and regulations.
Capability to calculate figures for inventories, orders, and costs.
Skills in conducting inventory audits and monitoring stock levels.
Competence in troubleshooting vendor delivery issues and overseeing return processes.
Ability to verify and track received inventory and reconcile shipping invoices.
Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Strong communication skills to speak clearly and professionally and to prepare accurate written documents.
Capacity to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
