Key Responsibilities:
- Define user stories to capture customer needs.
- Prioritize backlogs to ensure timely product deliverables.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed specifications.
- Take ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features.
- Conduct market research to inform product decisions.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Relevant experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Technology Consulting.
Fresh graduates with technical degrees are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or fintech is a plus.
Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders.
Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
