Product Manager at Ingram Micro - Kuala Lumpur

The Product Manager is responsible for acting as a liaison between vendors and the organization. This role involves implementing and maintaining vendor programs while ensuring positive vendor relationships and performance monitoring.

In this role, the individual will work independently under general supervision on moderate to complex projects, utilizing company policies and procedures to resolve various issues. The position requires effective communication with vendors and the ability to negotiate contracts while maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between vendors and the organization.
• Provide specialized consultative services to vendors.
• Implement and drive vendor programs, marketing, and training.
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Communicate with vendors on day-to-day matters.
• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve invoice and contractual discrepancies.
