Role Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of product backlogs that enhance customer experiences across various channels. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure successful product outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders at AirAsia to conceptualize and deliver innovative product solutions. You will collaborate with Agile development teams, guiding them from idea inception to production while ensuring that product features are prioritized effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
- Lead Agile development teams to ensure groomed backlogs and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize product features based on customer needs and business goals.
- Provide vision and direction throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on Agile/Scrum practices and industry trends.
- Manage product release plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including 2 years in a Product Management role.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experience managing high traffic E-Commerce sites.
Good understanding of APIs, Microservices, and cloud technologies.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Prior experience in the Travel domain is a plus.
