Job Description
The Product & Services Associate performs daily outlet tasks such as product preparation, stocking, cashiering, and providing customer service in a dynamic retail environment. The position requires working in shifts and may involve relocation if necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare products for display and sale.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Follow health and safety regulations in the outlet.
Job Requirements
Male applicants only.
Possess a valid B2 driving license.
Minimum education level of PMR/PT3.
Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other local dialects.
Willing to relocate if required.
