
The Product Technical Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to AED services and equipment. This role involves engaging with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and achieving sales targets.
In this role, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of providing AED-related services, including equipment dispatch and maintenance. You will work closely with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction while meeting key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in customer service or technical support.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with AED equipment is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using CRM software.
