In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the Curing & OB area, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with various teams to implement strategic initiatives and foster workforce development.

Preferably have experience in managing shop floor employees.
Fluent in Malay and English.
