This role ensures smooth production flow, adherence to quality standards, and promotes a culture of safety and efficiency while collaborating across departments to drive strategic initiatives and workforce development.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Manufacturing with minimum 5 years experience OR Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Manufacturing with minimum 3 years experience.
Preferably have experience in managing Shopfloor employees.
Fluent in Malay and English.
