Job Description
The Production Engineer (Precast Concrete) is responsible for coordinating moulds and materials, scheduling production, supervising operations, managing product and raw materials, ensuring quality control, and liaising with clients. This role requires compliance with ISO standards and effective communication with the production team and management. The engineer will also handle documentation, production reporting, and address any production issues while ensuring efficient manpower and performance standards are met.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 2 years of working experience in the concrete pre-cast/moulding industry
Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office
Good communication, interpersonal and interpretation skills
Possess analytical competencies
Positive attitude and able to work independently
Open to Malaysians only
