The Production Engineer (Precast Concrete) is responsible for coordinating moulds and materials to ensure efficient production processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality standards and effective communication within the production team and with clients.
Job Description
In this role, the Production Engineer will oversee daily operations in the precast concrete production environment, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The engineer will work closely with the production team to manage resources and address any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate moulds and materials for production.
- Schedule production activities to meet client demands.
- Supervise operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage product and raw materials inventory.
- Liaise with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards in all processes.
- Handle documentation and production reporting.
- Address production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Optimize manpower and performance standards.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 2 years of working experience in the concrete precast/moulding industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office.
Good communication, interpersonal, and interpretation skills.
Possess analytical competencies.
Positive attitude and able to work independently.
Open to Malaysians only.
