Job Description
As a QC Supervisor in the precast concrete lab, you will conduct test sampling and in-house testing for cube compressive strength and water absorption. Your role includes generating test reports, updating results, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. You will also conduct trial mixes for concrete design improvements and manage the delivery of samples to external laboratories. Attending technical meetings and ensuring the technical team adheres to company directives are essential parts of your responsibilities.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Precast Concrete Quality Control
Minimum Technical Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Proficient in MS Office
Good leadership, communication, and interpretation skills
Possess analytical capacity
Able to work independently
Initiative towards day-to-day operations
Positive attitude and a good team player
