The QC Supervisor - Lab (Precast Concrete) is responsible for overseeing quality control processes in the precast concrete lab. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and improving concrete design through rigorous testing and analysis.
Job Description
As a QC Supervisor, you will engage in daily testing and quality assurance activities within a dynamic lab environment. Your work will involve collaboration with technical teams and adherence to ISO standards to maintain high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct test sampling and in-house testing for cube compressive strength and water absorption.
- Generate and update test reports and results.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards in all testing procedures.
- Conduct trial mixes for concrete design improvements.
- Manage the delivery of samples to external laboratories.
- Attend technical meetings to discuss quality control issues.
- Ensure the technical team adheres to company directives.
Job Requirements
Minimum Technical Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Precast Concrete Quality Control.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Possess analytical capacity.
Able to work independently.
Positive attitude and a good team player.
