The Production Supervisor (Precast Concrete) is responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring quality control in the precast concrete manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in coordinating production schedules, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Production Engineer to manage daily operations in the precast concrete facility. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in mould and material coordination.
• Schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines.
• Supervise production staff and manage raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with ISO Management System Requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
• Address and resolve production issues promptly.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors for project updates.
