Job Description
The Production Supervisor will assist the Production Engineer in various tasks including mould and material coordination, production scheduling, and delivery coordination. This role involves supervising production, managing products and raw materials, ensuring quality control, and maintaining documentation. The supervisor will also coordinate with clients and subcontractors, attend customer visits, and ensure compliance with ISO Management System Requirements. Additionally, the supervisor will address production issues and ensure efficient manpower to meet yearly performance standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in precast concrete or construction industry
Able to understand precast products technical drawing
Good communication, interpersonal and interpretation skills
Positive attitude and able to work independently
Possess analytical competencies
