Job Description
The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Production Engineer to manage daily operations in the precast concrete facility. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in mould and material coordination.
- Schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines.
- Supervise production staff and manage raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with ISO Management System Requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
- Address and resolve production issues promptly.
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors for project updates.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in precast concrete or construction industry.
Ability to understand technical drawings of precast products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Possess analytical competencies.
