The Production Internship in the Shopfloor Training Department is responsible for supporting the maintenance of training quality and documentation for operators and line leaders. Job Description
As a Production Intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve maintaining training records and ensuring compliance with training standards. You will work closely with various teams to facilitate on-the-job training and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance of training quality and documentation.
- Ensure competency matrices and on-the-job training records are current.
- Schedule and track on-the-job training sessions.
- Coordinate with supervisors, HR, and EHS teams for training compliance.
- Assist in auditing training documentation for readiness.
- Facilitate communication between training and operational teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical) or Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge or experience in Power BI is considered a significant advantage.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Comfortable working in a shopfloor and manufacturing environment.
