Job Description
As a Production Intern in the Shopfloor Training Department, you will support the maintenance of training quality and documentation for operators and line leaders. Your responsibilities include ensuring competency matrices and on-the-job training records are current and audit-ready. You will also schedule and track OJT sessions and coordinate with supervisors, HR, and EHS teams to ensure training compliance and operational excellence on the shopfloor.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical) or Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge or experience in Power BI is considered a significant advantage.
Comfortable working in a shopfloor and manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to coordinate effectively with supervisors, HR, and EHS departments.
